I am the managing director for Oncall care service. I have 21 years’ experience in health and social care. I am also a registered nurse with management experience within the nursing homes in Scotland. The business began with passion, care and the agency have development over the last 7 years and growing each day. I am very approachable, flexible with the people and other businesses we support making sure as a company we given the highest quality of care. I am very family orientated and spend most of my weekend with my husband and children.

I am from Care sector background, previously as a registered nurse for quite a few years. This has helped me get good insight into supervising nurses and carers and monitor their performance. I support the team regarding the administration. This includes daily planning, auditing, recruitment of staff and compliance of our agency.
