I am the managing director for Oncall care service. I have 21 years’ experience in health and social care. I am also a registered nurse with management experience within the nursing homes in Scotland. The business began with passion, care and the agency have development over the last 7 years and growing each day. I am very approachable, flexible with the people and other businesses we support making sure as a company we given the highest quality of care. I am very family orientated and spend most of my weekend with my husband and children.

My name is Teena Thomas, I am one of the directors of Oncall Care Service as well as the office manager since 2018. I am from Care sector background, previously as a registered nurse for quite a few years. This has helped me get good insight into supervising nurses and carers and monitor their performance. I support the team regarding the administration. This includes daily planning, auditing, recruitment of staff and compliance of our agency.

My name is Shilpa Charakunnathu Jose, one of the care coordinators for the home care team. I manage Clydesdale, Rutherglen, and Cambuslang areas. My qualifications include two Masters, one in Education and one in English Literature. I bring to the team 3 years of management experience and a year of experience in caregiving . I am passionate about my job at Oncall Care Service and always try to bring out the best in me. My job includes rota planning, reviews, supervisions, spotchecks, support plans, client and social work meetings, etc. Reading, singing, and travelling are a few things I love to do.

I’m Arun Suresh, a care coordinator with Oncall Care Service. I’ve been with the company for two years, beginning my career as a healthcare assistant and advancing to my current role as a care coordinator in May 2024. Oncall has played a significant role in helping me achieve my professional goals. In my position, I develop and review personalised care plans, risk assessments, medication assessments and also collaborate with healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies for reviews and adult protection, and ensure that our service users receive high-quality, person-centered care. I priorities maintaining positive relationships with service users and their families, while also monitoring staff concerns and encouraging their development. My responsibilities also include conducting supervisions, spot-checks, and creating staff rosters.
